| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans:
- Existing and Proposed block plan, drawing number 001
- Proposed Ground Floor Plan, drawing number 004
- Proposed Elevations, drawing number 005
- Proposed Garage Plan, drawing number 006
- Proposed Garage Elevations, drawing number 007

| 3. | The materials to be used for the extension shall be in accordance with the details contained in the application form. The materials to be used for the new garage / outbuilding shall be in accordance with those specified in "Proposed Garage Elevations", drawing number 007.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy CS9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy (2015) and Policy A1 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021). |
