| 1. | The development hereby permitted must be completed before the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
To comply with Schedule 2, Part 14, Class J.4 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, plans and drawings and other documents and details received as listed below:
- Annual Production Report - Details of PV Panels, received 10th February 2023
- Site Plan, received 21st March 2023
- First Bus photos, received 21st March 2023
The reason for the condition is :-
To comply with the requirements of Schedule 2, Part 14, Class J.4 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). |
| 3. | The solar equipment must be removed as soon as reasonably practical when no longer required.
