1.	Condition 3 has been fully discharged. The submitted revised Planting Scheme plan 9941-D-PS Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on the 21st February 2023 has been deemed acceptable by the Borough Council and is approved. In accordance with conditions 3 of 06/22/0655/F - the development can progress above slab level as details of replacement tree planting have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Details have been submitted and satisfy the visual amenity of the area and for replacement trees being lost as a result of the development. The planting approved as part of condition 3 above shall take place in accordance with the requirements of condition 4 on PP 06/22/0655/F.
