1. | The use of the land allows the Marquee to be erected no earlier than 30th September and removed from the land no later than 31st March each year during the fixed three year period from 30th September 2023 to 31st March 2026.
This permission expires on 31st March 2026 and unless on or before this date, an application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the Marquee shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the development in the interests of amenity in line with Policy A1 of the Local Plan Part 2 (adopted December 2021). |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd February 2023:
- Proposed Elevations - by MWG CAD - reference 002-01
- Location Plan with Marquee - by MWG CAD - reference 005-01
- Proposed Ground Floor Plan - by MWG CAD

3. | The materials to be used for the Marquee hereby permitted shall be a white uPVC outer cover and an interior aluminium frame.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in line with Policy A1 of the Local Plan Part 2 (adopted December 2021). |
4. | The outdoor seating area enclosed by the Marquee shall adhere strictly to the conditions set out in the Noise Management Plan for premises known as Branfords Restaurant and Bar at the Old Hall Hotel dated Sunday 1st January 2022.

In the interests of acoustic amenity in line with Policy A1 of the Local Plan Part 2 (adopted December 2021). |
