| 6. | No part of the garage outbuilding hereby permitted (neither ground floor or first floor) shall be used by anyone other than the occupiers of the dwelling known as Linfords, Staithe Road, Repps with Bastwick, or their dependants, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling, nor as an annex and nor shall it be let separately for holiday purposes including as Air B&B accommodation.
The reason for this condition is:-
In the interests of protecting future occupants from flood risk and to prevent the use of the building as residential form of development in what is an unsustainable and inappropriate dwelling, and to ensure the development hereby permitted functions in accordance with the use as applied for. |
