| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 12th April 2023: Proposed Site Plan, Floor Plans and Elevations - 22/316/01 Rev.C. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The garages hereby permitted shall only be used for the garaging of vehicles and for private domestic storage only. No commercial storage or activities shall take place from the garages. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent properties (in accordance with policies CS09 and A1) and in the interests of highways safety and minimising traffic impacts because the access to the parking court and manoeuvring within it are restricted (in accordance with policy CS16). |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of CS09 and CS16 from the adopted Core Strategy (2015) and policy A1 of the Local Plan Part 2 (2021). |
