1.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 19th September 2023: Site plan, proposed block plan, floor plans and elevations: Drawing Ref: 21/243/02 Rev.A The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
2.The servery hereby approved shall not be used outside the hours of 9am to 10pm. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of protecting the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings in accordance with Core Strategy Policy CS09 and Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policies A1 and R7.
3.No loudspeakers or other amplification equipment shall be installed or used on the approved servery building or the terrace it serves without first gaining the express written permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of protecting the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings and the visual amenities of the area, in accordance with Core Strategy Policy CS09 and Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policies A1 and R7.
4.No external lighting or other means of illumination shall be installed on the servery or the terrace it serves without first gaining the express written permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of protecting the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings and the visual amenities of the area, in accordance with Core Strategy Policy CS09 and Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policies A1 and R7.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of Core Strategy Policy CS08.
