| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and the following plan:
a) Drawing Number 1775/1, entitled Proposed single storey front and rear bedroom/lounge and kitchen extensions (submitted as the Location Plan, Block Plan, Floor Plan, Existing and Proposed elevation plans), dated January 2023

| 3. | The materials for the extensions hereby permitted shall match the appearance and style of the existing dwelling and in accordance with the details contained within the submitted application form.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the satisfactory appearance of the development in accordance with Policy H9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021). |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
