1.	Condition 3 has been fully discharged. The submitted archaeological written scheme of investigation (dated December 2022) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 30th December 2022 has been deemed acceptable by the Borough Council and is approved. In accordance with conditions 4 and 5 of 06/19/0266/F the development shall take place in accordance with the approved archaeological written scheme of investigation and the development shall not be occupied until the site investigation and post investigation assessment has been completed in accordance with the programme set out in the approved archaeological written scheme of investigation and until the provision made for analysis, publication and dissemination of results and archive deposition has been secured.
