| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 25th January 2023:
Existing Plan and Elevation; Proposed Plan and Elevation; Location Plan, drawing number SCH/20/001 32.

| 3. | The materials to be used in the development shall be in accordance with the details contained in the application form.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and for the enhancement of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CS9 and CS10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy (2015) and Policies A1 and E5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021). |
| 4. | No part of the proposed development (including foundations) shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate shall open outwards over the highway.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policy CS16 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy (2015). |
