1.Condition 5 of 06/19/0099/O requires that no development takes place until a full survey of the existing site takes place showing existing site levels including levels along the boundaries and within the site have been provided, and that full details of the proposed finished floor levels of all buildings and hard surfaces are provided and shown in relation to existing ground levels. The application was supported by the following details: - Topographic Survey ALS8727/200/01, received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th December 2022; and - Plan - External Works Layout, ref: CAISTR-IWD-XX-XX-DR-C-6003 revision P2, received on 20th December 2022. The submitted documentation has addressed the requirements of the condition and is sufficient to discharge Condition 5 in full. The development must now be undertaken and completed with finished floor levels in accordance with the details hereby approved.
2.Condition 10 of 06/19/0099/O requires that no development takes place until a Traffic Management Plan has been agreed with the LPA which details proposed provision for on-site parking for construction workers, access arrangements for delivery vehicles and temporary wheel washing facilities for the duration of the construction period. The application was supported by the following detail: - Revised Traffic Management Plan dated January 2023, received on 18th January 2023. The submitted documentation has addressed the requirements of the condition and is sufficient to discharge Condition 10 in full. The development must now be undertaken and the Traffic Management Plan adhered to throughout the construction period in accordance with the details hereby approved.
