1.The development shall be retained in accordance with the application form, Location Plan (Drawing Number TQRQM22327171629962) and photographic evidence received by the Local Planning Authority on 7 December 2022. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
2.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
3.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- It is noted from the submitted photograph and application reference 06/22/0996/A that it is intended to use the building as a sandwich bar. At present, it would appear that this would fall under Use Class E to the Use Classes Order 1987 (as amended) which would be the same Use Class as the office building, which was the prior use. However, it should be noted that if hot food takeaways are offered, you will need to contact the Local Planning Authority because Planning Permission may be required.
