| 1. | Condition 18 of 06/21/0415/F states:
"There shall be no commencement of the development hereby permitted until the details of a Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved Construction Traffic Management Plan shall thereafter be implemented for the duration of the construction works.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the protection of residential amenity, the free flow of traffic and to minimise disruption to nearby businesses."
The proposed Traffic Management Plan (TMP) includes zoning routes during construction, signage and diversions as necessary, Tool Box Talk training, identified personnel to monitor and ensure continued adherence to the TMP, and appropriate Access Route and Diversion Plans are acceptable.
As such the requirement to provide submitted details for Condition 18 has been fully discharged. Sufficient information to discharge the condition has been submitted and is approved. The submitted details address policies CS11, GSP5, A1 and E6 and are considered acceptable.
The development must be undertaken in accordance with the following details received by the Local Planning Authority on 06 December 2022:
- Letter dated 05 December 2022, ref: CES/PU6277/DC/Con18;
- Traffic Management Plan by Tilbury Douglas, Revision B, dated 02/12/2022, including:
- Access Route Plan ref 100239 TM1, and
- Diversion Traffic Plan ref 100239 TM2. |
