| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st December 2022:

- Proposed Ground Floor Plan, Drawing No. 2149\HO-011 Revision 01

| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
- The exits provided within the screen should be assessed for suitability against the likely numbers of persons using the area and secured to ensure they are openable at all times the pool is in use from the inside without the use of a key. The fire risk assessment for the site should be amended to reflect the proposed changes and how escape from the area will be managed.
- Please read the standard conditions for working near Northumbrian Water/Essex and Suffolk Water apparatus and be aware that liability for any damages throughout the duration of the works falls onto the party carrying out these works and their chosen contractor. |
