| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th March 2023:
- Planning Drawing: Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Elevations, by Andrew Middleton, Drawing Number 1763/1 Rev C
The reason for the condition is :-

| 3. | The removal of the first floor window shown on drawing number 1763/1 Rev C shall not be undertaken without replacement brickwork being installed with a minimum of a 5 centimetre deep shallow reveal when measured from the outside face of the surrounding brickwork. The bricks to be used shall match the colour, size and texture of the existing surrounding bricks.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of visual amenity, in accordance with Policy CS09 of the Great Yarmouth Core Strategy. |
| 4. | The brick materials to be used in the external wall facing the road, and the tiles on the roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the revised approved plans.
