1.	CONDITION 8 DISCHARGED IN PART Condition 8 requires an Active Travel Plan be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the first use of the pitch. The application was supported by the following document: Wellesley Recreation Ground Community 3G Football Turf Pitch (FTP) Active Travel Plan (unreferenced), by Great Yarmouth Borough Council, dated 15 11 2022 (Revision .01). The submitted document is sufficient to discharge Condition 8 in part. The condition cannot be discharged in full because the condition requires the approved details contained within the Active Travel Plan to be undertaken in accordance with the agreed review details (as detailed in the "Monitoring and Evaluation" section (pages 7 and 8) of the Active Travel Plan. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
