| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 24 March 2023. Proposed plans, elevations and site plans - Drawing Number 22/298/02 In terms of wall materials, the development shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing no.22/298/02 and not the application form. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the relevant criteria set out in Core Strategy Policies CS9 and CS16 and Local Plan Part 2 Policies A1 and H9. |
