1.The development shall be retained in accordance with the following plans and documents: - Drawing no. 1611/1 - site location plan, block plan, flat 1 floor plan dated May 2021 - Drawing no. 1611/2 - site location plan, block plan, flat 2 floor plan dated May 2021 - Drawing no. 1611/3 - site location plan, block plan, flat 3 floor plan dated May 2021 - Drawing no. 1611/4 - site location plan, block plan, flat 4 and basement floor plans dated May 2021 - Drawing no. 1611/5 - site location plan, block plan, flat 5 floor plan dated May 2021 - Design and Access Statement dated 10 October 2022 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the integrity and importance of the listed buildings is maintained in accordance with policies CS10 and E5 of the local plan,
2.The development shall be retained in accordance with the details approved under approval of details application 06/16/0232/CD relating to new timber joinery; materials; external repairs; boundary treatments; noise insulation between apartments; and cycle parking. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in relation to amenity and the integrity and importance of the listed buildings in accordance with policies CS10 and E5 of the local plan.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
