1.	Condition 24 of 06/21/0415/F states: "No works of installation or construction of the substation shown on the Proposed Site Layout drawing ref: 003 Revision P05 shall take place until precise details of the design of the substation and screening enclosure have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the sub-station shall be installed in accordance with the approved details. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity within the site." The existing facilities provide adequate screening and the new apparatus will not increase the spread of utilities beyond the existing footprint of these facilities. There is no unacceptable impacts on visual amenity or neighbouring uses. The requirement to provide submitted details for Condition 24 has been fully discharged. Sufficient information to discharge the condition has been submitted and is approved. The submitted details address policies CS09, A1 and E6 and are considered acceptable. The development must be undertaken in accordance with the following details: - Letter with photographs, dated 15 July 2022, ref: CES/PU2918/DC/Con24, received 04 November 2022; - Site layout plan ref: 003 rev P05.
