| 1. | The total enlargement (that being the enlarged part together with any existing enlargement of the original dwellinghouse to which it will be joined) would exceed the 6 metre limit for single-storey extensions beyond the rear wall of the original semi-detached dwellinghouses. The proposal is therefore contrary to sub-paragraphs G and JA of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). |
| 2. | Insufficient information has been submitted to determine whether the proposal would comply with the Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) as no precise information relating to the maximum height of the enlarged part of the dwellinghouse, the height of the eaves of the enlarged part of the dwellinghouse, or how far the enlarged part of the dwellinghouse extends beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority so far as this relates to the total enlargement of the dwellinghouse. This information is necessary as the development would extend the property beyond an existing enlarged part of the dwellinghouse. The proposal is therefore contrary to Paragraph A.4(2(a)(iv)) of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). |
