| 1. | The development must be carried out, where approval has been given by the local planning authority, within a period of 5 years from the date on which approval was given.

| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
Occasionally European protected species, such as bats, can be found during the course of the development. In the event that this occurs, it is advised that the developer stops work immediately and seeks the advice of a suitably qualified ecological consultant. |
| 4. | The applicant is advised to liaise with Norfolk Wildlife Trust as the site is a County Wildlife Site.
The LPA has been advised that the cattle tunnel will likely require a regrading of the embankment, and possibly some removal of trees. The area may have protected species in that habitat which could be impacted e.g. badgers, bats, nesting birds, etc. It is therefore recommended that a Preliminary Ecological Appraisal is required, and any mitigation required for protected species should be installed from the outset prior to the commencement of works. |
