Sufficient information to discharge the written part of the condition have been submitted and agreed. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details appropriate to this condition. The condition can only be discharged in full on completion of the works as approved and a discharge of condition application will need to be submitted to the LPA demonstrating compliance with the above approved details.
