1.Condition 3 requires that an Arboricultural Impact Assessment comprising Tree Survey, Tree Constraints Plan, Tree Protection Plan and Method Statement, has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that development takes place in accordance with these details. The following documents were submitted: 1. Arboriculutral Impact Assessment at Beech Farm Barns, Belton (A.T COOMBES) (received 6th February 2023). The submitted Arboriculutral Impact Assessment is approved and is sufficient to discharge Condition 3 in part as the condition requires that the scheme shall thereafter be implemented throughout the construction period in accordance with the details approved. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
2.Condition 4 requires that a Phase 1 contamination report is carried out to assess whether the land is likely to be contaminated, and submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The following documents were submitted: 1. Norfolk Partnership Laboratory Desk Study and Risk Assessment, Beech Farm Barns, Belton, Norfolk, 103581 October 2022 The submitted report is approved and sufficient to discharge Condition 4 in full. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
3.Condition 6 requires that a scheme of landscaping, including all means of enclosure and boundary treatments, which shall include indications of all existing trees and hedgerows on the land, and details of any to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development., is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The following documents were submitted: 1. Proposed Landscaping Details (drawing number 22-1572-06a) (received on the 24th January 2023) 2. Arboriculutral Impact Assessment at Beech Farm Barns, Belton (AT COOMBES) (received 6th February 2023). The submitted details referred to above are approved and are sufficient to discharge Condition 6 in full. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
4.Condition 7 requires that a scheme of planting and landscaping to be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the planting of trees and shrubs shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme as approved, within the first planting season following approval of those details. The following documents were submitted: 1. Proposed Landscaping Details (drawing number 22-1572-06a) (received on the 24th January 2023) 2. 5.Condition 8 requires that a programme of historic building recording to carried out and then submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority The following documents were submitted: 1. Historic Record, carried out by: William Sampson Date: 04/01/2023 The submitted record is approved and is sufficient to discharge Condition 8 in full. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
6.Condition 9 requires that a a Biodiversity Mitigation and Enhancement Plan is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the proposed mitigation measures installed. The following documents were submitted: 1. Ecological Enhancement Plan, Hopkins Ecology January 2023 (received 24th January 2023). The submitted details are approved and are sufficient to discharge Condition 9 in part as the condition requires that the scheme shall thereafter be implemented in accordance with the details approved. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
7.Condition 11 requires that full details of the proposed interventions to the Listed Building (Barn 3 / Plot 3 as shown on existing and proposed site layout plans 0002 and 0202 rev F) is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the works be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Sections and details - 22-1572-08B (received 6th January 2023) The submitted drawing, section and details are approved and are sufficient to discharge Condition 11 in part as the condition requires that the scheme shall thereafter be implemented in accordance with the details approved. 8.Condition 12 requires that details for the proposed position, type and method of installation of all new services and related fixtures to be fixed to any part of the Listed Building (including rainwater goods, communications and information technology servicing), have been specified and submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the works be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
