| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt. | 
| 3. | All historic features (including brick work) shall be preserved and protected from any damage throughout the works. Any fixtures to the wall shall be placed in the mortar joints and any harm to the historic fabric shall be avoided. Where repairs are necessary, these shall be carried out in a like for like manner with matching materials and techniques.
The reason for the condition is: -
To ensure that regard is paid to protecting the special architectural and historic interest and integrity of the building under Section 16 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and in accordance with Policies CS10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Core Strategy (2015) and Policy E5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021). | 
| 4. | The CCTV units shall be black in colour as shown in Figures 4 and 5 of the Design and Access Statement.
The reason for the condition is :-
To mitigate the visual impact of the CCTV units on the Listed Building, in accordance with Policies CS10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Core Strategy (2015) and Policy E5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021). | 
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of Core Strategy Policy CS10 and Local Plan Part 2 Policy E5. |
