1.	Condition 3 is discharged. The condition requires that a Phase 2 contamination report shall be carried out to assess whether the land contains contamination and shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that further reports would be required if contamination was suspected. The following documents were submitted: 1) Site Investigation & Quantitative Risk Assessment produced by Norfolk Partnership Laboratory (dated September 2022) Sufficient information to discharge the submission parts of the condition has been submitted and agreed. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details and the Recommendations stated in section 9 of the Site Investigation & Quantitative Risk Assessment produced by Norfolk Partnership Laboratory (dated September 2022) should be implemented.
