No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans and documents: . Drawing No. 1648/P/01 Rev P1 - Block Plan as Proposed . Drawing No. 1648/P/02 Rev P1 - Ground Floor Plan as Proposed . Drawing No. 1648/P/03 Rev P1 - Roof Plan as Proposed . Drawing No. 1648/P/04 Rev P1 - Elevations as Proposed . Flood Response/Action Plan The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
4.The submitted flood response/action plan, including information regarding the availability of the Environment Agency's Flood Warnings Service, shall be made available to future occupiers of the site and applied in the event of flooding. The reason for the condition is :- In accordance with the recommendations of the flood risk assessment, to minimise the risk to the occupants and the building in the event of flooding.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
