| 1. | Condition 8 states -
Development shall not commence until a scheme detailing provision for on-site parking for construction workers for the duration of the construction period has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be implemented
throughout the construction period.
Assessment:
The detail indicated on Drawing no. CP1 P01 Construction parking provision is hereby approved and satisfies the submission part of this condition. The approved provision for on-site parking for construction workers shall be implemented for the duration of the
construction period. |
| 2. | Condition 9 states -
The development shall not commence until such a time as details of the slab levels of the development have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning: the development shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details.
Assessment:
The details as indicated on Drawing No. PL 001 P02 Plot layout plan including slab levels is hereby approved and satisfies the submission part of this condition. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details. |
| 3. | Condition 10 states -
Prior to occupation of the development hereby approved details of no less than 5 bird boxes and 5 bat boxes shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The boxes shall be erected in accordance with the approved details prior to the occupation of the dwelling to which they relate or if they are not related to a dwelling prior to the occupation of the 4th dwelling
Assessment:
The details as indicated on Drawing No. P02 Landscape Plan are hereby approved and satisfy the submission part of this condition. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details prior to the occupation of the dwelling to which they relate or if they are not related to a dwelling prior to the occupation of the 4th dwelling. |
| 4. | Condition 11 states -
Prior to commencement of the development hereby permitted details of boundary treatments shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Details of the boundary treatment shall include gaps measuring 10cm x 10cm at ground level at each boundary.
Assessment:
The details contained on the following two submitted Drawings are hereby approved and satisfy the submission part of this condition: Drawing Numbers BT1 P03 - Boundary treatments; and BT2 P01 - boundary treatments. The development shall be carried out in accordance with these details as approved and permanent works shall be retained/maintained as such thereafter. |
| 5. | Condition 13 states -
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted details of 1no. fire hydrant to be installed on no less than a 90mm main shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The hydrant shall be installed in accordance with the approved details prior to occupation of the development.
Assessment:
The details contained on submitted Drawing No. NS/ROLL/301513/1 - Fire Hydrant Plan EandS Water are hereby approved and satisfy the submission part of this condition. The development shall be carried out in accordance with these details as approved and installed prior to first occupation of the development. |
