1.	Condition 2 requires that a Holiday Let Management Strategy Plan is submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority to ensure that the use of the annex as a holiday let does not generate any unwanted distractions to neighbours. The following documents were submitted: 1. Holiday Let Management Strategy Plan The submitted Holiday Let Management Strategy Plan is approved and is sufficient to discharge Condition 2 in part as the condition requires that the strategy shall thereafter be implemented throughout the occupation of the holiday let.
