| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th August 2022 and the fence specification received by email by the Local Planning Authority on the 03 November 2022.:

| 3. | No part of the proposed structure (the fence, its posts and their foundations) shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate shall open outwards over the highway.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the relevant criteria of Core Strategy Policy CS9 and Local Plan Part 2 Policy A1. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
| 6. | It is the Applicant's responsibility to clarify the boundary with the public highway. Private structures such as fences, or walls will not be permitted on highway land.
