1.This permission expires on 30 April 2024 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the mobile food trailer shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interests of the residential and highway amenities of the locality in accordance with Policies CS16, A1, E6 and R7 of the Local Plan.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and the following plans: . Site Location Plan (land owned) scale 1:500 - Plan Reference Number: TQRQM22208161707482 . Aerial location plan indicating siting of mobile food trailer attached to email from applicant dated 18 August 2022 . 4 No. photographs of trailer illustrating size and appearance attached to email from applicant dated 18 August 2022 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The mobile food trailer shall not be open to customers other than between the hours of:- 07:00 to 14:30 Monday to Friday The mobile food trailer shall not be open to customers on Saturday or Sunday, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings in accordance with Policies A1, E6 and R7 of the Local Plan.
4.For the duration of this permission a litter bin shall be provided for use by customers of the mobile food trailer. The reason for the condition is :- In interests of the appearance of the site and the amenities of the area and to ensure appropriate waste and recycling facilities are in place in accordance with Policy CS9 of the Local Plan
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.

If a statutory nuisance is identified, the Council has a duty to serve a notice requiring the abatement of the nuisance.
