| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted application form and submitted drawings received by the Local Planning Authority on: 14th July 2022 site and location plan; proposed block plan; and proposed elevations and 22nd September 2022 - foundation plan drawing no. 22/101/01- and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | The development (car port) hereby permitted shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates.
The reason for this condition is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal would not result in the over-development of the plot, nor give rise to significantly adverse impacts on neighbours, landscape features or the character and appearance of the area. As such it complies with A1, CS09 and H9 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
