1.	Condition 7 is NOT discharged. Insufficient information has been received to discharge the condition; in particular there are no details of internal doors, flooring, lath and plaster repairs and there are concerns that the drawings of the externals windows are lacking in detail. Further detail is required for the condition to be discharged and this application is accordingly REFUSED. Furthermore, it should also be noted that some of the annotations on the submitted drawings raise concern. For example the note which mentions new double glazed window to front elevation of the listed building which would appear to differ from the initial listed building consent. Such discrepancies should be investigated and clarified.
