| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 29th June 2022:
Location Plan: 444-PO1 Rev A
Block Plan: 444-PO2 Rev A
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The site shall only be used for the storage of up a total of 30 touring caravans / motor homes at any time.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to control the number of caravans on the site and in the interests of the highway safety and protecting the visual amenities of the area. |
| 3. | No sales of caravans or motor homes shall be undertaken from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the development is carried out in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
| 4. | The caravans / motor homes shall not be occupied whilst being stored on the site.

| 5. | The 1.5 metre high bund along the northwest boundary, shown on plan 444-PO2 Rev A, and the bunding and landscaping in place to the southwest boundary, shall both be retained and maintained for the duration of the use of the site in accordance with the development hereby permitted.

To ensure the site is adequately screened in the interests of visual amenity. |
| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the aims of core policies CS06 H from the adopted Core Strategy. |
