1.	The Biodiversity Enhancement Meausres received by the Local Planning Authority (LPA) on the 24th June 2022 have been deemed acceptable by the Borough Council. Condition 3 has been discharged in relation to the submission and approval parts of the condition. The development shall take place in accordance with the approved details. The applicant should note that following installation of the bat and bird boxes a letter/photos showing their placement should be submitted to the LPA.
