The condition requires the submission of a 'Statement of Good Practice', signed by the competent ecologist upon completion of the Biodiversity Enhancement Plan, confirming that the specified enhancement measures have been implemented in accordance with good practice upon which the planning consent was granted.
Should any revisions be sought to the Biodiversity Enhancement Plan, then the applicant is required to formally submit a separate application to re-discharge the condition. |
