1.Condition 3 requires the submission of a scheme for the provision and implementation of flood proofing techniques within the development. The following document was submitted: - Scheme for Flood Resilient Design (unreferenced) by Paul Robinson Partnership, dated March 2022 REV A. The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of condition 3. The condition is discharged in part and cannot be discharged in full as the development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
2.Condition 5 requires the submission of a detailed Flood Response Plan. The following document was submitted: - Report Reference 2737/RE/06-21/02, entitled Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan, by Evans Rivers and Coastal Ltd, dated March 2022. The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of condition 5. The condition is discharged in part and the condition cannot be discharged in full due to the in-perpetuity requirements.
3.Condition 7 requires the submission of details of the root protection area. The following document was submitted: - Arboricultural Report (unreferenced) by BH Trees and Woodland, dated 8th June 2022 (version 1.1). The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of condition 3. The condition is discharged in part and cannot be discharged in full as the development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
4.Condition 8 requires a scheme of proposed landscaping to be provided within the site. The following documents have been submitted: - Drawing Number 7689 30 revision B, entitled Proposed Ground Floor Site Landscaping Scheme, dated 21.09.22; - Arboricultural Report (unreferenced) by BH Trees and Woodland, dated 8th June 2022 (version 1.1). The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of condition 8. The condition is discharged in part and cannot be discharged in full as the development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
5.Condition 10 requires contamination investigation and risk assessment. The application was supported by: - Document Reference MSH/21.359/PhaseI, entitled A Phase I Desk Study for a proposed residential development at: Mildred Stone Care Home, Lawn Avenue, Great Yarmouth, by AF Howland Associates Limited, dated 29 November 2021; - Document Reference MSH/21.359/PhaseII/B, entitled A Phase II Contamination Assessment to support improvements to: Mildred Stone Care Home, Lawn Avenue, Great Yarmouth, by AF Howland Associates Limited, dated 9 June 2022; - Document Reference TJS/21.359/RMS, entitled A Remediation Method Statement and Validation Plan to support the construction of residential dwellings and improvements to: Mildred Stone Care Home, Lawn Avenue, Great Yarmouth, by AF Howland Associates Limited, dated 19 July 2022. As a result, this condition is discharged in full. Condition 11 requires the development to be undertaken in accordance with the approved details under this condition.
