1.Condition 4 requires a scheme for sustainable surface water drainage. The following were received by the Local Planning Authority on the 20th October 2022: - Sustainable Drainage Statement (unreferenced), by BHA Consulting, dated May 2022 - Version 1. - Drainage Layout Plan dwg. 3802.100 Rev P3 - SW Network Calculations 30yr; BHA Consulting Ltd - SW Network Calculations 100yr +40; BHA Consulting Ltd The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of condition 4. The condition is discharged in part and cannot be discharged in full as the development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
2.Condition 5 requires submission of a site investigation to include a desk study and site reconnaissance and intrusive investigation where deemed necessary. The following document was received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th June 2022: - Document Reference MSH/21.359/PhaseII/A, entitled A Phase II Contamination Assessment for a Proposed Residential Development at: Mildred Stone Care Home, Lawn Avenue, Great Yarmouth, by A F Howland Associated Limited, dated 13 May 2022; with the following received on the 25th July 2022: - Document Reference TJS/21.359/RMS, entitled A Remediation Method Statement and Validation Plan to support the Construction of Residential Dwellings and Improvements to: Mildred Stone Care Home, Lawn Avenue, Great Yarmouth, by A F Howland Associates Limited, dated 19 July 2022. The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of condition 5. The condition is discharged in part and cannot be discharged in full until the hereby approved measures are carried out and a validation report is submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
3.Condition 12 requires a scheme of planting and landscaping. The following plan was received by the Local Planning Authority on the 22nd March 2024: - Drawing Number 8274 P02 revision G, entitled Landscaping & Remediation Plan The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of condition 12. The condition is discharged in part and cannot be discharged in full as the development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
4.Condition 14 requires details of the root protection area and measures to protect the trees along the eastern boundary of the site. The following document was received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th June 2022: - Arboricultural Report (unreferenced), by BH Trees and Woodland, dated 8th June 2022 (Version 1.1) The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of condition 14. The condition is discharged in part and cannot be discharged in full as the development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
5.Condition 15 requires details of fenced boundary treatments. The following plan was received by the Local Planning Authority on the 22nd March 2024: - Drawing Number 8274 P02 revision G, entitled Landscaping & Remediation Plan The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of condition 15. The condition is discharged in part and cannot be discharged in full as the development must take place in accordance with the approved details.
