Pops Meadow Block Plan, position of boundary fencing and gated points of access/exit The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 2. | A visibility splay measuring 2.0 metres x 38 metres shall be provided to the south of the junction of Fiskes Opening with Pavilion Road as shown on the approved Block Plan. The splay shall thereafter be maintained at all times free from any obstruction exceeding 0.225 metres above the level of the adjacent highway carriageway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policy CS16 of the Joint Core Strategy. |
