1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the location and elevation plan received on 9th June 2022 and the revised site and block plans 002 and 003 received by the Local Planning Authority on 5th September 2022. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
3. | No part of the proposed fence (including posts and foundations) shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate shall open outwards over the highway. For clarification the development hereby approved includes fencing within the site as indicated on the approved plans but no alteration to the boundary fence surrounding the car park. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
