1.Condition 3 requires that flood response plan and structural details for the mezzanine floor are submitted by the applicant to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by the following document: - - FLOOD EMERGENCY PLAN, Out There Arts (received on the 11th August 2022) - Email from Sophie Freeman (4 February 2022 at 16:04) outlining structural loads for the mezzanine Sufficient information has been submitted to discharge condition 3 in part, with full discharge requiring works to be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
2.Condition 5 (and condition 4 of Listed Building Consent 06/20/0643/B) requires that further details of the discrete elements of the proposal are submitted by the applicant to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by the following documentation: - Drawing 225-PP-73; entitled Seachange Ice House response to planning condition 5 brickwork detailing - Drawing 225-PP-74; entitled Crittall double glazed windows and doors to east elevation openings - Drawing 225-PP-75; entitled Seachange Ice House response to planning condition 5 new timber doors - Drawing 225-PP-76; entitled Seachange Ice House response to planning condition 5 rain water goods - Drawing 225-PP-77; entitled Seachange Ice House response to planning condition 5 m&e installation - Drawing 225-PP-78; entitled Drawing 225-PP-75; entitled Seachange Ice House response to planning condition 5 new timber doors - Drawing 225-P-T-21-C; entitled Out There Arts Ice House north south section - Drawing 225-P-T-12-B; entitled Out There Arts Ice House south elevation Sufficient information has been submitted to discharge the condition in part. The condition cannot be discharged in full as works must be carried out in accordance with the approved details and because no details of external lighting have been submitted.
3.Condition 8 requires a contamination report is submitted by the applicant to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by the following documentation: - Phase II contamination Assessment (reference BJH/21.417/PhaseII) The submitted report is sufficient to discharge the condition in full. The applicant is reminded that the 'Risk Management and Mitigation Measures' stated in section 5 of the report should be adhered to.
