| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the Location Plan, the window details shown on the quotation from RBD Windows received by the Local Planning Authority on 24/05/2022 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The materials to be used in the windows of the front elevation shall accord with the details shown on the information submitted by RBD Windows. The replacement roof of the development hereby permitted shall match the size, style, colour and texture of the roof slates that are to be replaced in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to accord with Section 55 (2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended). |
