| 1. | The development must be begun before 19th October 2022 in accordance with the time limit imposed on planning permission 06/19/0255/F which this application varies.
The reason for the condition is:-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and to tie up with the original planning permission. |
| 2. | The development, including the materials to be used, shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on revised plan 675.1 A received by the Local Planning Authority on 29 June 2022.
The reason for the condition is:-

| 3. | Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours :-
07:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
08:00 to 13:30 Saturday
and no work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
(These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property)
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for residential design as set out in adopted policies A1 and A2 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
