1.	Condition 3 is only partially discharged. The condition requires that: A) a planting strategy shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; B) the planting takes place within 9 months of the approval of these details; and, C) that replacement planting takes place in the event a specimen dies. Parts A and B of condition 3 are hereby discharged. Part C has NOT been discharged and remains in place. The following documents were submitted: 1. Planting plan (received by the Local Planning Authority on the 16th November 2022). Sufficient information to discharge the parts A and B of the condition has been submitted and agreed. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details. Part C of the condition requires that any trees and shrubs which die(s) or are removed within 3 years of the date of planting shall be replaced, by the applicants or their successors in title, within the first growing season following their removal. This is an ongoing requirement ans as such cannot be discharged.
