| 1. | This permission shall expire on 30th September 2024 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and the site shall be cleared and reinstated to its former condition in accordance with that which existed before the development commenced; the site restoration shall take place in full no later than 3 (three) months following either the use discontinuing, or the first occupation of the buildings permitted within planning permissions 06/20/0385/F and/or 06/22/0300/VCF, whichever is the earlier.
Within the terms of this permission the land may only be used for buildings, movable structures, works, plant or machinery required temporarily in connection with and for the duration of operations being or to be carried out on land adjoining this site to the south in relation to planning permissions 06/20/0385/F and/or 06/22/0300/VCF.
The parking of up to 10 lorries related to the operation of the Freight Force business on that land is also allowed up to 30th September 2024 but should cease after that date.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site, to ensure that once the permission has ceased the land is restored to previous agricultural use and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the Block Plan and Location Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 13th April 2022

| 3. | Prior to the first use of the land for the temporary storage use hereby permitted, the applicant shall implement in full the recommendations set out in Section 5 Flood Mitigation Measures of the Flood Risk Assessment produced by Plandescil dated March 2022.

| 4. | There shall be no installation of any material to be used for the surfacing of the parking area for HGVs until the details of the materials have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to its installation. The surfacing shall be of a temporary and removable, permeable material that retains surface water drainage from the site at greenfield run-off rates.

| 5. | To reduce the risk and impact of flooding to the site users, it is recommended that the owners register with the free Floodline Warnings Direct Service, the Environment Agency's free flood warning service on 0345 988 1188, or register online at the Environment Agency website. Floodline Warnings Direct is a free service that provides flood warnings direct to those registered by telephone, mobile, email, or SMS text message using their Automatic Voice Messaging (AVM) Service to advise of a possible flood event. On receipt of a flood warning or alert, the site users should follow the instructions received from the Environment Agency. |
