1.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 May 2022 and the revised location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 13 May 2022. The barriers to be used shall only be provided as follows: - either in strict accordance with the details received by the Local Planning Authority on the 14 August 2017 (Terrazo Screens Planters: Napoli or Nizza models); - or shall be retained in accordance with the enclosures and barriers presented in the photographs from the applicant received by the Local Planning Authority on 13th May 2022 labelled: "photo evidence 1, 2 and 3", and the photographs taken by the case officer of 16th May 2022. At all times, the barriers and planter shall be erected to a maximum height of no greater than 1.55 metres when measured from the adjoining ground level. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
2.The seating area barriers shall only be placed on the highway between 1st March to 1st November in any calendar year and shall be removed from the highway and stored securely off the highway outside of those times or when the main building premises is not in use during those times. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the seating area is retained within an area that does not obstruct the highway in accordance with the submitted details.
3.The barriers (and tables and chairs, etc.), are to be contained within an area measuring at a maximum 12.30m x 4.5m only. 4.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined in saved policy TR21 of the Borough Wide Local Plan and policies CS8, CS9 and CS10 of the adopted Core Strategy.
