1.	Condition 3 of planning permission 06/21/0791/F has been fully discharged in respect of the submission of details to show the measures to be used to maintain and retain the unhindered access, use and capacity of the adjoining Public Right of Way both during construction and operation of the development, including construction details for a permanent retaining wall structure between the application site and the right of way. To comply with the condition the development shall need to be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and details as referenced below: - Proposed Structural G.A. Plan and Structural Sections - Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th May 2022; and, - Email from agent confirming no materials or construction traffic shall use or be located on the public right of way - received by the Local Planning Authority on the 14th July 2022.
