| 1. | Condition 8 has been fully discharged. The details on page 19 of the Kalzip Brochure and details supplied on plan P03 rev.B received by the Borough Council on the 6th April 2022 has been deemed acceptable by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall proceed in accordance with the approved details. |
| 2. | Condition 9 has been fully discharged. The Landcaping details on Plan P01 rev.B received by the Borough Council on the 6th April 2022 has been deemed acceptable by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall proceed in accordance with the approved details.
The approved details of the Landscape Plan shall be provided no later than the first planting season following commencement of the use, and shall be retained and maintained as such thereafter. |
| 3. | Condition 10 has been fully discharged. The Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan (EAS) received by the Borough Council on the 6th April 2022 has been deemed acceptable by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall proceed in accordance with the approved details.
To comply with the condition you must ensure the property is signed up to the Environment Agency Flood Warning Service and a copy of the Flood Risk and Evacuation Plan, ref 3760/2022 Winterton on Sea, is given to all occupants. |

To comply with the condition you must ensure a copy of the visitor information pack, received by the Planning Authority 27th May 2022, is given to all occupants. |
