1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority: -Photo showing K6 restored Phone Box to be sited received by the Local Planning Authority on 17th February 2022. -Photo showing Recycled Plastic Seating (Winawood Sandwick 3 Seater Bench) received by the Local Planning Authority on 17th February 2022 - Photo Showing 1m Square Planter to be sited received by The Local Planning Authority on 17th February 2022 - Map showing location of where K6 restored Phone Box is to be sited received by the Local Planning Authority on 29th September 2022 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted visibility splays measuring 2.4 metres x 43m metres shall be provided/retained to the eastern side of Beach Drive where it meets the near edge of the adjacent highway carriageway (Beach Road).The splay shall thereafter be maintained at all times free from any obstruction exceeding 0.225 metres above the level of the adjacent highway carriageway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
5.It is an OFFENCE to carry out any works within the Public Highway, which includes a Public Right of Way, without the permission of the Highway Authority. This development involves work to the public highway that can only be undertaken within the scope of a Street Furniture Licence between the Applicant and the Norfolk County Council. Please note that it is the Applicant's responsibility to ensure that, in addition to planning permission, any necessary Agreements under the Highways Act 1980 are also obtained. Advice on this matter can be obtained from the County Council's Highways Group.
