I refer to your application for discharge of the above condition relating to planning permission 06/21/0477/F. I can confirm that: Condition 3 has been fully discharged. Condition 3 is discharged by the further information submitted including drawings 243-20-2101-P3 Proposed shopfront elevation received 24 May 2022 showing timber doors and the schedule drawing 243-20-7001 revision C4 showing that the windows are to be retained and repaired and the applicant's acceptance of terracotta airbricks by West Meon Pottery type TF7A in their email - of 26 May 2022 - and the further updated drawings received 3 May 2022 243-20-7002 C1 Door details and further updated drawings received 26 May 2022 reference 243-20-2100-C5, and 243-20-1200-C4 floor plans, confirming the terracotta product - which have been deemed acceptable by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall proceed in accordance with the approved details. This letter may therefore be taken as the formal confirmation that condition 3 as highlighted above, has been fully discharged.
