1.	The development must be carried out, where approval has been given by the local planning authority, within a period of 5 years from the date on which approval was given. The reason for the condition is :- The condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of paragraph 2 (vi) of part A.2 of part 6 of Schedule 2 of the town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development )(England) Order 2015
2.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plan, drawing reference: - General Arrangement and Details - 3746.100-Rev P3.
